Built to your state’s code

Every build is drawn before it is built, and the drawings come with it — that is what you submit to your local health department for approval. Included, not an extra, and not something you have to commission separately once the trailer is already welded together.

We build to the published spec of the state the trailer will operate in, and the differences are real. California takes copper LP lines, a welded aluminum floor with a true coved base, a self-closing entrance door and service window, and a gray tank one and a half times the fresh tank — where most states size gray at fifteen percent. Washington takes an L&I insignia before you can operate, and a shut-off valve within six feet of every cooking appliance. Oregon takes a CO alarm and the transfer switch mounted outside. Oklahoma takes a State Fire Marshal decal and an LP-gas alarm. Louisiana and Massachusetts follow broadly the same requirements as Texas.

• Serving window with sliding glass, screen and exterior awning

• Entrance door with screen door, plus a dedicated emergency exit door
